Overview

The customer portal provides self-service access for your customers to view their account information, transactions, and documents.

What Customers Can Access

  • Account information
  • Invoices and statements
  • Sales orders
  • Shipment tracking
  • Payment history
  • Make payments (with Pay extension)

Configuration

Enable Customer Portal

  1. Navigate to Settings > Portals
  2. Enable Customer Portal
  3. Configure default views
  4. Set up navigation

Customize Layout

  • Configure dashboard widgets
  • Set default transaction views
  • Customize navigation items

User Access

Customers are automatically linked when:

  1. Customer entity synced from NetSuite
  2. Contact email matches user email
  3. User invited to customer organization
