Branding Configuration
Logo
- Navigate to Settings > Branding
- Upload your logo (recommended: 200x50px PNG)
- Save changes
Colors
Customize your portal colors:
- Primary color
- Secondary color
- Accent color
- Background color
Email Templates
Customize email appearance:
- Navigate to Settings > Email Templates
- Edit header/footer
- Update colors to match branding
- Preview and save
Custom Domains
Setup Process
- Choose subdomain — e.g.,
portal.yourcompany.com - Configure DNS — Add CNAME record
- Verify — Confirm DNS propagation
- Enable SSL — Automatic certificate provisioning
DNS Configuration
Add this CNAME record:

SSL Certificate
SSL certificates are automatically provisioned and renewed.
Verification
After setup:
- Custom domain resolves
- SSL certificate active
- Branding displays correctly
- Emails use correct branding
