API Key
A credential used to authenticate API requests to SuitePortal.

Extension
A modular feature package that can be enabled for a tenant (e.g., Pay, Ship, Email).
Entity
A NetSuite record representing a customer, vendor, or other party.

Ingest
The process of receiving data from NetSuite and storing it in SuitePortal.

MAU (Monthly Active Users)
The number of unique users who access the portal within a billing period.

Organization
An account unit in SuitePortal. Can be a tenant, customer organization, or vendor organization.

Portal
The user-facing web interface for accessing synced data.
R
RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
The permission system that controls what users can see and do.
RSU (Record Sync Unit)
A unit of measurement for synced records, used for billing.
S
Sync
The one-way data transfer process from NetSuite to SuitePortal.
SuiteBundle
The NetSuite bundle that enables data synchronization with SuitePortal.
T
TBA (Token-Based Authentication)
NetSuite's secure authentication method used by SuitePortal.
Tenant
The primary organization that owns the NetSuite integration and manages sub-organizations.
Tenant Page
A custom portal page configured to display specific synced data.

View
A saved filter and sort configuration for displaying transaction data.
