Configure automatic synchronization schedules to keep your portal data current.
Schedule Options
Frequency
| Schedule | Description | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Hourly | Every hour | High-change data |
| Daily | Once per day | Standard use |
| Weekly | Once per week | Low-change data |
| Custom | Cron expression | Specific needs |
Configuration
- Navigate to Settings > Sync > Schedules
- Select record type
- Choose frequency
- Set time (for daily/weekly)
- Save
Per-Record Type Schedules
Configure different schedules by record type:

Monitoring
Track scheduled sync execution:
- View sync history
- Set up failure alerts
- Monitor sync duration
Best Practices
- Don't over-sync (wastes RSUs)
- Align with business hours
- Monitor for failures
- Adjust based on data change frequency
