Overview
SuitePortal uses a multi-tenant architecture where:
- Tenants are primary organizations that own NetSuite integrations
- Organizations are sub-entities (customers, vendors) within a tenant
Provisioning Steps
1. Tenant Creation
When you sign up, a tenant organization is created:
Sign Up → Email Verification → Tenant Created → Admin User Assigned2. NetSuite Connection
Connect your NetSuite account:
Install Bundle → Configure TBA → Test Connection → Activate3. Organization Provisioning
As data syncs, organizations are automatically created for:
- Customers from NetSuite
- Vendors from NetSuite
- Manual organization creation
4. User Provisioning
Users can be added:
- Manually by administrators
- Via invitation links
- Through SSO (Enterprise)
