Overview
Control which invoices are visible in the portal and how they're displayed.
Visibility Rules
Default Behavior
- Customers see their own invoices
- Organizations see invoices for linked entities
- Admins see all invoices
Filtering Options
Configure invoice visibility based on:
- Status (Open, Paid, Partially Paid)
- Date range
- Amount thresholds
- Custom criteria
Configuration
Basic Setup
- Navigate to Settings > Transactions > Invoices
- Configure visibility rules
- Set default filters
- Save
Field Visibility
Control which fields are shown:

PDF Access
Configure PDF download access:
- Enable PDF generation
- Set access permissions
- Configure PDF template (if customizing)
