Overview

Control which invoices are visible in the portal and how they're displayed.

Visibility Rules

Default Behavior

  • Customers see their own invoices
  • Organizations see invoices for linked entities
  • Admins see all invoices

Filtering Options

Configure invoice visibility based on:

  • Status (Open, Paid, Partially Paid)
  • Date range
  • Amount thresholds
  • Custom criteria

Configuration

Basic Setup

  1. Navigate to Settings > Transactions > Invoices
  2. Configure visibility rules
  3. Set default filters
  4. Save

Field Visibility

Control which fields are shown:

PDF Access

Configure PDF download access:

  1. Enable PDF generation
