How does usage-based pricing work?
We meter external users (MAU), records synced, and storage. Pricing scales with how many people and systems interact with your NetSuite — not how many internal users you have.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my usage limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching limits. For metered features, you'll be billed for overages at competitive rates. Enterprise plans include custom usage bands.
Is there a contract commitment?
Monthly plans have no commitment — cancel anytime. Annual plans offer discounts but require upfront payment. Enterprise contracts are custom.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with net-30 terms.
